Mondays
6.30 – 7.00 30 minute Yoga Blast – Nothing feels as good as starting the week off with a Yoga Blast at Dawn. RECORDED
10.15 – 11.30 Senior Yoga – 10.15 to 10.30 is time to chat and connect, 10.30 the class starts. This is a class suitable for over 65s. RECORDED
20.00 – 20.45 Power Yoga – (Advanced class) This power class will definitely get you strong and sweaty. Great for those who enjoy a strength based class and a challenge! RECORDED

Tuesdays
19.30 – 20.30 Power/Flow – 1 hour of flowing moves, and longer holds to build strength, stability and flexibility of both body and mind. RECORDED

Wednesdays
*No timetabled group classes at present.
Company Yoga, 1:1s and Private Groups

Thursdays
6.45 – 7.05  20 minute Yoga Blast – I promise you’ll always feel better after Yoga first thing. RECORDED
19.00 – 19.30 Yin – Stretch, Destress and Restore. This is a 30 minute class is fantastic post workout or to stretch the days tensions away. RECORDED

Fridays
9.15 – 10.15 Mindful Flow – This is a slightly slower and gentler version of Tuesday’s class gives you a chance to mindfully work your body and reset emotionally. There are still plenty of opportunities to muscular challenge yourself should you wish to.  Suitable for all, even those who are newer to Yoga. A lovely way to end the week. RECORDED
12.30-13.30 PRIVATE Mens Group (Max 6) – Practice in small groups to ensure the class is tailored to your needs and/or injuries. *CLASS FULL FOR BLOCK

* The classes will be recorded in HD and placed on a private YouTube playlist which will remain live for the whole block.

Completely new to Yoga, or want to go back over the basics with me, why not try my pre-recorded 6 week course. Contact me to book.

6 x 45 minute beginner Yoga classes introducing and breaking down the common Yoga poses and sequences. Designed to be done in order 1 to 6. You will have access for 6 weeks/whole block to complete the class.
