Yoga for Anxiety and Stress workshop by Bryony
With a specialism in Yoga Therapy for Stress and Anxiety from the Minded Institute. I bring to you a 2.5 hour Yoga workshop specially for manage stress and anxiety. This workshop is designed for people who have practiced Yoga before. In this workshop we will explore different methods/techniques, and touch on the science behind what is happening in your body and brain. Stress and anxiety are becoming an epidemic, come and learn some useful tools to help manage it. You are not alone.

Join me for a Yoga workshop specifically designed for Runners. This 2 hour workshops gives us time for discussion, try new postures/moves, work our own bodies, and break down where we as individuals may need to be add stretching, strength, mobility and muscular stability work, into our weekly routines to help prevent injury and improve performance.
* Although this is targeted at Runners it is also suitable for cyclists.

This is more detailed version of the 2.5 hour workshop. It is designed for those who haven’t done any, or minimal yoga before, or those who feel a longer more detailed course may be beneficial to them. In this course each week we explore, through yoga, different methods to help manage your stress or anxieties. This is also a great introduction to Yoga for those who may not have felt confident enough to attend a class.
