About Bryony Yoga

As a daughter of a physiotherapist and a doctor, who was also a Psychotherapist, one might say that the desire to work with the body and mind was in my blood. As a former professional athlete competing for Great Britain in Dinghy sailing, health and fitness have been a major part of my life. Becoming a sailing coach I ignited a passion to teach and trained to become a school teacher. When I discovered Yoga, I suddenly realised how everything I’d learnt on my life journey came together with this special practise, and from that moment I haven’t looked back. My form of Yoga is mine, it’s been my unique journey that has got me to this place, and now I teach in my unique style to help us feel better physically and mentally and cope with life’s ebbs and flows.
