What the day includes:
2.5 hour Spring food workshop:
A hands-on session learning about and creating seasonal foods - green, chlorophyll-rich plants and fermented foods that help cleanse and rebalance the body. You’ll come away with ideas and inspiration to take home.
Two separate yoga sessions: A spring-themed practice to gently wake up the gut and spark energy and a deeply relaxing restorative session to help you fully unwind.
Breath work and a guided relaxation.
A delicious lunch and all refreshments included
