A walking and yoga retreat set in the heart of the South Downs. Spend a full day immersed in nature on an 8.5 mile (14km) guided hike lead by Lowland Leader Kate L’Amie following lesser-travelled paths to discover hidden gems, ancient woodland, and expansive views. With some challenging hills along the way!
Yoga will be woven throughout the journey, with pauses for breathwork, gentle movement, and moments of stillness, allowing the landscape to shape the practice. Simple stretches and gentle flows before and after help keep the body open and at ease, so you can move freely and stay connected to how you feel.
A delicious lunch will be provided by Blue Fig Deli.
